At Javan Jewellery, we are committed to delivering your order safely and securely.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–4 business days after payment confirmation in Canada. 3-5 business days after payment confirmation in US and  5-10 business days after payment confirmation in Europe, Custom or personalized jewellery may require additional processing time.

Shipping
We currently ship across Canada,US and Europe. All orders are carefully packaged and shipped with tracking.

Free Shipping
Free insured shipping is available on orders over CAD $500.

Delivery Time
Estimated delivery within Canada is 1–4 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Delays
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Javan Jewellery is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
