At Javan Jewellery, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.
Return Eligibility
• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Custom-made or personalized jewellery.
• Engraved items.
• Gift cards.
• Items that have been resized, modified, or repaired after delivery.
• Items showing signs of wear or damage caused after delivery.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or an error was made by Javan Jewellery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging.
